Our flat rates are based on the average range of square footage for one, two, three, four, and five bedroom homes. If your home is unusually large, your rate may fall into a different price range

 

•             1 bedroom home $75

•             2 bedroom home $125

•             3 bedroom home $150

•             4 bedroom home $200

•             5 bedroom home $275

**Add $100 to the above prices for a deep cleaning

 

 

Basic House Cleanings

 

Whole House

• • Dusting

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Vacuum all carpets

  • Dust ceiling fans

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Wipe window sills

  • Clean glass doors

  • Clean prints on windows/doors

  • Remove all garbage

  • Reline waste baskets

  • Wash all floors

 

 

In The Bathrooms

• • Clean/sanitize sinks

  • Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, toilet

  • Clean mirrors

  • Dust light fixtures and bulbs

  • Wash Floors

 

 

In The Kitchen

• • Clean all counter tops

  • Clean inside/outside microwave

  • Wipe down cabinet facings

  • Clean all appliances outside

  • Polish stainless steel appliances

  • Clean glass doors

  • Clean/sanitize/polish sinks

  • Wash floors

Deep Clean

 

Our Thorough Cleaning Process includes all the cleaning services performed during basic cleanings, plus the following:

• • Clean all wall hangings

  • Wet-wash baseboards and door facings

  • Clean window sills

  • Clean light fixtures

  • Clean outsides of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms

  • Clean ceiling fans

  • Dust vents

  • Vacuum/sweep under beds and furniture (if accessible)
